3D Printing

I started learning how to design in Tinkercad to create custom 3D-printed objects tailored to my needs. Instead of settling for off-the-shelf solutions, I wanted to design and build practical items that fit my space perfectly. Using the Oakville and Mississauga public libraries’ 3D printers, I brought my designs to life, slicing them myself with Cura to ensure a smooth printing process.

Some of my projects include:

  • A KVM switch holder that screws in under my desk for better cable management and a cleaner setup
  • Spice rack extensions to improve kitchen storage and maximize space

This has been a great way to learn, experiment, and expand my skills while solving everyday problems with custom solutions. If you’re interested in any of my designs or need something similar, feel free to reach out – I’d be happy to share my files!
